Dognose Island is an island located in the Unquiet Ocean and south of Tempoross Cove. Docking at the island requires level 40 Sailing.

Notable features of the island include:

A Spyglass charting charting location
A rusty chest that can be opened with 33 Thieving, which can give a Medallion fragment
A hunting area for crimson swifts
Four seaweed spawns
One big net and harpoon fishing spot
Various coin spawns near the rusty chest, including a spawn of 128 coins
