Ynysdail is an island located north of Gwenith. It requires 73 Sailing ^[nb] to moor onto. As Ynysdail is surrounded by crystal-flecked waters, the player will need a boat equipped with an adamant keel or better to safely sail to the island.

It has an entrance on it leading to Ynysdail Cavern, which contains Aquanites and mithril, adamantite and runite rocks.

Digging right next to the mooring point will give a small key, which unlocks the lockbox on Lledrith Island containing the Dragon salvaging hook schematic.

There is also a Reinforced chest on the island.

A rowboat space can be built on the island. Upon being built, the player can travel to and from the island from Gwenith. Using the rowboat additionally requires completion of Song of the Elves.

Due to the area being surround by obstacles, here is an overview of good ports to travel from to arrive to this island

Note: The player will need a boat equipped with an adamant keel if sailing

• Teleport to Prifddinas, exit north, and take the rowboat if built (after Song of the Elves)
• Piscatoris teleport, and summon boat at docks (no Shipwright!), then sail south
• Sailor's amulet teleport to Port Roberts to summon boat (or pay Shipwright), then sail north east
• Go to Port Piscarilius and summon boat (or pay Shipwright), then sail south east
• Teleport to Civitas and summon boat (or pay Shipwright), then sail north east

In total, players will need the following items to build everything:

The reinforced chest on the island can be thieved from. It requires 76 Thieving to picklock. It is a good source of umbral frags which are used for farming umbral coral. The coral is used to make Armadyl brew.

The chest is easy to get to via Prifddinas after the row boat has been built.
