Grandroot Bay

Grandroot Bay is a bay at the mouth of the River Crannmor, opening into the Fremennik Strait and the wider Northern Ocean. Along its west shore is Piscatoris, Tree Gnome Stronghold is on the southern shore, and the Barbarian Outpost is to the west. To the north-west, it connects to Vesmjos.

Charting activates reward various amounts of Sailing experience, with significant bonus experience for completing every charting task in any given sea or ocean.

• In the March 2025 Sailing Alpha, this area of ocean was named "Daconian Bay", but it was renamed in the June 2025 Sailing Beta.
