The Unquiet Ocean is one of Gielinor's nine oceans. It is bounded by the Shrouded Ocean to the west, the Ardent Ocean to the north, the Kharidian Desert to the north-east, and the Eastern Ocean to the east.

The Unquiet Ocean is divided into eight seas.

Islands include Charred Island, Dognose Island, The Great Conch, Last Light, The Onyx Crest, The Little Pearl, Red Rock and Remote Island.

The River Elid flows into the Unquiet Ocean.

With the Sailing skill, players can dock their boats at six points in the Unquiet Ocean.

There are six new islands in the Unquiet Ocean unlockable through Sailing. After docking at an island for the first time, some islands have alternative transportation options available such as spirit trees and fairy rings.
