Sailing Options

The Sailing Options tab shows information related to the player's boat. This tab is inaccessible before starting the Pandemonium quest. The Sailing Options tab occupies the same space on the control panel as the combat options tab, which can be toggled through the crossed swords button in the top left. Combat options can be toggled back to sailing options through the anchor button in the same space.

The boat's current name is shown at the top, above the current and maximum hitpoints of the boat on a health bar. There are three tabs underneath to control facilities, show boat stats and show crew information.

The facilities tab shows all available facilities on your boat, and allows you to assign crewmates to operate those facilities. Regardless of facilities installed, you are able to assign a crewmate to navigate or to perform repairs to your boat. The repairs section shows total HP available to be healed from the total repair kits stored in the cargo hold.

When the player is navigating the boat, several controls are available to set or un-set the sails, change the speed of the boat or reverse the boat if stationary with the sails un-set.

The sections of this tab can be reordered while in the Shipyard. The steering and repairs sections can not be reordered.

This tab shows the following stats:

• Movement: detailing the boat's speed information.
• Overall Combat: detailing maximum hitpoints, current defence and current armour.
• Melee/Ranged/Magic Combat: detailing specific boat defences and armours against specific attack styles and elemental attacks
• Resistance: detailing which sailing hazards the boat is resistant to.

This tab shows either NPC crew information or Player crew information, depending on which is toggled.

NPC crew information lists each of the crewmates currently employed on the ship and their helmsmanship, privateering and deckhandiness. The icon on the right indicates the current job they've been assigned.

Player crew information shows the current Captain and Navigator, as well as the player crew capacity. There is a button to allow the navigator to be changed.
