Vatrachos Island is an island east of Varlamore. It requires 46 Sailing to moor on, as well as completion of the quest Children of the Sun.

It contains a fishing spot, mining spots and a rusty chest. It also contains multiple buildable utilities. Thigo can be found here, mining peacefully.

Once the rowboat is built, the player may travel to and from the island using a rowboat on the coast east of the Stonecutter Outpost.

Using any edible fruit/berry besides dwellberries, oranges, and orange slices on the raccoon to the north side of the island will reward the player with one of the medallion fragments used to create the Medallion of the deep.

In total, players will need the following items to build everything:

If a player brings the camphor and oak planks in a plank sack, they will be able to build all utilities using 16 inventory slots or 12 inventory spots with a flamtaer bag (up to 2 less if using the Imcando hammer and/or Amy's saw).

• The scenery object "A singular circle" has an examine text which reads "First, you draw a circle." This is a reference to the intro song for the game Kirby's Adventure.
• The name of the island could be a reference to the greek word for frog, βάτραχος (pronounced va-tra-chos).
