The Flamtaer bag is a bag that can store supplies used in the Shades of Mort'ton minigame. It is obtained from any chest (except bronze) in the Shade Catacombs. Players can only own one Flamtaer bag at any given time.

The Flamtaer bag is able to store up to 60 timber beams, 60 limestone bricks, and 500 swamp paste, which can be withdrawn at any time using the "Empty" option. Items inside the bag will be automatically used without needing to withdraw them when repairing temple walls in the Shades of Mort'ton minigame.

As a limestone brick container, the bag can also be useful when building certain items in a player-owned house. If using the bag in this manner, the items must be emptied from the bag before they can be used to build furniture.

On death, the Flamtaer bag is lost along with its contents.

• Despite the newspost introducing the Flamtaer bag, which stated that it could store either timber beams or wooden planks, players are unable to store wooden planks in it. Attempting to do so results in a message in the player's chatbox stating "The bag takes timber beams, not planks."
• In free-to-play worlds, you cannot destroy a non-empty bag by the "destroy" option. This is because it must be emptied first, but the "empty" option is only available on members worlds. To destroy it in free-to-play worlds, you must use the incinerator in the bank interface.
