The Altar of the Damned is located in the central chamber of the Shade Catacombs. Players can sacrifice bleached bones at the altar to recharge their prayer points. Doing so does not provide any Prayer experience.

• The update post introducing this altar suggests that sacrificing bleached bones would amass "charges", which could then subsequently be used to restore Prayer points. However, sacrificing bleached bones directly restores Prayer instead.
