Bleached bones are an untradeable drop from Undead Zealots. They can be offered at the Altar of the Damned to recharge a player's prayer points to full like a regular altar.

Players can bury bleached bones for 4.5 Prayer experience. Unlike long and curved bones, there is no warning that prevents the players from accidentally burying the bones. Alternatively, players can turn bleached bones into bonemeal at the Ectofuntus. Bleached bones cannot be used on the Exposed altar in The Teomat. Bleached bones can be given to a dog and they will happily gnaw on them.
