Giant bones are a larger variant of big bones dropped by Obor and Bryophyta on members worlds. Unlike most items, which only have a "Take" option on the ground, the item additionally has a "Bury" option, which when selected prompts a confirmation message whether the player wishes to receive 150 Prayer experience and can be permanently disabled by selecting "Yes, don't ask me again". This confirmation message is shared with bull bones, and toggling it off for one of the bones toggles it off for both.
Selecting the "Take" option results in a game message in the chatbox stating I don't think those will fit in my backpack..., nor can Telekinetic Grab be cast on it. The bonecrusher will still automatically bury them, however.
The experience boost provided by chewed bones does not apply to giant bones.
As they cannot be picked up, they cannot be used for alternative Prayer training methods, such as the gilded altar or the deep Wilderness chaos altar.
