The reagent pouch is a storage item purchased from the Mixology Rewards shop with 13,800 Mox resin, 11,200 Aga resin, and 15,100 Lye resin, which are earned from participating in the Mastering Mixology minigame.
The pouch, requiring level 81 Herblore to use, holds up to 26 of each Herblore secondary ingredient. When making herblore potions near a bank, the secondary ingredients will be used directly out of the bag, allowing for 26 potions to be made at a time instead of 14.
However, it is not possible to use unfinished potions directly on the pouch, necessitating a single unit of the secondary in question to make potions. For example, should the player want to make prayer potions, they would need 1 snape grass, the pouch (filled with 26 snape grass), and 26 unfinished ranarr potions in their inventory. The player would then use the snape grass on the ranarr potion with the pouch open to start making potions.
Players can fill their reagent pouch by selecting the "Fill" option, or by right-clicking the "Fill from inventory" option when the bank or deposit box interface is open. Players can right-click on the "Open" option to open the pouch, which will have secondaries that the player acquires automatically placed inside the pouch, provided there is space for them. Players can also check the contents of the pouch by selecting the "Check" right-click option, which states the number of each secondary ingredient the player has inside the pouch. Players can empty the pouch into their inventory by selecting the right-click "Empty" option, provided they are close enough to a bank. When the bank or deposit box interface is open and there are no compatible secondary ingredients in the player's inventory, the player can right-click on the "Empty to bank" option, which will empty all secondaries within the pouch into the player's bank.
Methods
Here is an easy method for making 26 potions per inventory with minimal management:
Setup:
- Withdraw the reagent pouch and lock the inventory slot it occupies to prevent it from being deposited.
- Withdraw a single secondary to the last inventory slot and lock it.
- Withdraw amount should be set to "All".
- Make sure the pouch is open.
Cycle:
- Withdraw "All" secondaries.
- Select "Fill" option on the pouch (swap the left-click option to "Fill").
- Deposit all (everything except the reagent pouch and the secondary on the last inventory slot should go to the bank).
- (Optional) If using the Prescription goggles, use the Empty Containers button in the bank interface to deposit any conserved secondaries.
- Withdraw "All" unfinished potions.
- Make 26 potions.
- Deposit all.
- Repeat the cycle.
Note: When creating a variety of potions that use different secondaries, multiple sets of 26 secondaries can be stored inside the reagent pouch, allowing for more than 26 potions to be made before the pouch needs to be emptied again.

Trivia
- Upon reaching level 81 Herblore, the level-up message incorrectly names the Reagent pouch as the "Secondary Pouch."
- When chopping Sulliusceps, collected Mort myre fungi is not automatically placed inside an open pouch, and must be manually filled.
- Despite ashes being storable in the Reagent pouch, they cannot be used while inside the pouch to create Serum 207s (or unfinished potions).
