Lunar Isle is a crescent-shaped island located in the Northern Ocean. It is home to the Moon Clan, an ancient tribe of mages who are in a long-standing feud with the Fremennik in Rellekka. The island becomes accessible to members who have progressed far enough into the Lunar Diplomacy quest.

A seal of passage is required to interact with most non-player characters on the island. Players without one equipped or in their inventory will be teleported to Rellekka after speaking to a non-player character. After completing the Dream Mentor quest, players can interact with the bank booth where 'Birds-Eye' Jack works without a seal of passage. Completing the elite tier of the Fremennik Diary removes the need for a seal of passage entirely, and the Return Orb in the bank can be used to return to Rellekka.

• Talk to Lokar Searunner on the western-most dock of Rellekka who will go to Pirates' Cove, then go up to the pirate ship and talk to the pirate captain to go on to Lunar Isle.
• Casting the Moonclan Teleport or Lunar Home Teleport spell from the Lunar spellbook, or using a Moonclan teleport tablet.
• Using a Lunar isle teleport will take players directly to Lunar Isle.
• After completing Lunar Diplomacy, players can also place a Lunar Isle teleport portal in their Portal Chamber with 50 Construction and 69 Magic.

  • Lunar lectern - Used to create magic tablets of teleportation spells in the Lunar spellbook.
  • Baba Yaga's Magic Shop - Sells high-level runes and battlestaves.
  • Moon Clan Fine Clothes - Sells Moonclan robes which can be stored in your player-owned house.
  • Moon Clan General Store - Buys items from players for higher prices than usual general stores.
• Astral Altar - Used to switch to the Lunar Spellbook, or make astral runes with the Runecraft skill.
• Lunar Isle mine - The mine contains two rune essence rocks in the center, 7 gold rocks, 5 silver rocks, and 4 gem rocks.
• Flax - There are flax fields outside the main gates.

Players can dock at the Lunar Isle with level 76 Sailing, provided they have also completed Lunar Diplomacy. The dock at the south-east of the island offers the following utilities for sailors, though many are unusable until the quest is completed:

• Bank deposit box
