The Moonclan cape is part of the Moonclan robes set. It can be purchased from the clothing store on Lunar Isle during or after Lunar Diplomacy. It is currently the only cape to have a negative defence bonus for any style, and one of two capes to have a negative attack bonus in any style (the other being the mixed hide cape). It can be stored in a magic wardrobe in a player-owned house.
