The ornate cape is obtained from completing a clue during the Crack the Clue II event. It is part of the ornate armour set, and is obtainable only once if you already have it in your inventory or bank. If you happen to accidentally destroy it, you will need to discover it again.

In order to obtain/reobtain the cape, the player must dig by the entrance to the Chaos Temple in the Wilderness with a goblin mail in their inventory.

This item can be stored in the armour case of a costume room, as part of the Ornate armour set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.

Its stats are identical to those of regular dyed capes, such as the black cape.
