A crate of crowbars is found nearby 'Squawking' Steve Beanie after delivering him the Crate of pirate looty and helping him create a "special key" during the quest, Prying Times. Players can retrieve infinite crowbars from the crate to open other sealed crates nearby. Before progressing far enough in the quest, some sacks can be found where the crate is.
