Thurgo, the supposed last of the Imcando dwarf race, is found outside the Asgarnian Ice Dungeon, south of Port Sarim, and just north of Mudskipper Point. You can use the fairy ring code AIQ and run north to reach him. He is a master of Smithing and players who have achieved level 99 in Smithing can purchase the Smithing cape from him for 99,000 coins. Additionally, he is one of the main characters encountered during the The Knight's Sword quest.
Using the book Imcandoria's fall on him will reveal hidden dialogue in which he asks the player that they bring him along should they plan an expedition to the Isle of Garmr mentioned in the book. After the player talks to Ramarno upon completing the Below Ice Mountain quest, Thurgo can be informed of the discovery of another living Imcando dwarf. He is taken aback by the revelation and has yet to meet Ramarno because he "wouldn't know what to say".[1]
Quests
The Knight's Sword
Thurgo lives in a small hut right by the Asgarnian Ice Caves, in which a player who's doing The Knight's Sword quest must talk to him to create a blurite sword for Sir Vyvin. Thurgo will only help the player out if he was given a redberry pie. After that, he'll request a picture of the sword, then a chunk of blurite ore and two iron bars to make the sword, in which the player will give in the sword and complete the quest. Following completion of the quest, Thurgo will provide additional blurite swords given a blurite ore and two iron bars.
The Giant Dwarf
Thurgo plays a partial role in the quest, where he will fix the dwarven battleaxe for you with an iron bar. The player will need to give Thurgo another redberry pie to get him to fix the axe if they have not given him a second one during or after The Knight's Sword.
Prying Times
Thurgo plays a partial role in the quest, he will help the player make a crowbar when given a steel bar, redberry pie, and a hammer.

Note: If a player has multiple 99s, they will receive the trimmed variant of the cape instead.
