Alwyn is a citizen of Prifddinas, and serves as the estate agent for the city. Like other estate agents, he can be used to move or decorate a player's house. He also will sell the Construction cape for 99,000 coins to anyone with a level 99 in Construction. The Construction cape is the only skillcape that may be bought from multiple NPCs.
