Elven city guards were found at the southern and eastern gates of Prifddinas. When spoken to, they denied access to Prifddinas due to the city being reverted to its crystal seed.
Upon release of Song of the Elves, they were replaced by a new NPC.

History
During Old School RuneScape's first birthday, Prifddinas opened its doors to everyone and city guards could be found at several major cities to be teleported upon request:
- Falador, north of the teleport spot
- Varrock, south of the Varrock Museum
- Seers' Village, south-west of the bank
- Ardougne, west of the teleport spot
- Yanille, west of the bank
