The Prifddinas Agility Course is an Agility course available to players with 75 Agility who have completed the Song of the Elves quest. It can be started by climbing the ladder just outside of the north-western bank in Prifddinas.

Players can expect an experience rate of approximately 65,000 experience per hour at level 90 Agility with the usage of portal shortcuts, and the course becomes impossible to fail at level 91 Agility.

Players can speak to Ystwyth after the end of the course to see statistics about the course, including the total number of laps the player has completed as well as their fastest lap completion time, along with global statistics.

The course is unique in that portals, which act as shortcuts, appear at various points during the lap. There are a total of 6 possible unique portal locations, and only one can appear per lap. Using these shortcuts, which spawn randomly for each player, slightly increases the experience gained per lap.

It is possible to go through multiple portals, and by extension collect multiple Crystal shards, between lap completions if the player leaves the course mid-lap. This can occur naturally if a portal appears at the first possible position, and the player subsequently fails the Chimney obstacle (which requires the player to return to the start of the course).

Portal shortcuts bring the lap duration down by around 5–10 seconds depending on the location in which the portal spawns. Using a portal grants 82 experience and, on average, adds an additional 55.4 experience per lap.

Players can expect to find roughly 45 crystal shards per hour (0.94 shard per lap) on this course, with each portal providing one shard. These shards will automatically appear in the player's inventory, and if there is no space available, they will spawn on the ground. Marks of grace cannot be obtained on this course.

The average lap duration is about 1:14, with the fastest possible completion time without exploits being 1:03.60, and the world record being 0:58.20. The time of 1:03.60 can only be achieved by standing on the tile directly next to the ladder by the bank, and getting the portal spawn on top of the bank. When running to this tile instead, the climbing animation takes an additional tick, resulting in a time of 1:04.20.
