Eluned can be found travelling with Islwyn teleporting between the magic trees outside Lletya and the clearing north-east of the Tyras Camp. After completion of Song of the Elves, she can be found in the city of Prifddinas north of the dye trader, in the south-west corner of the city. Eluned is involved in the Roving Elves quest. She will recharge the player's teleport crystals for 150 - 750 coins each, depending on how many the player has had enchanted previously.

If players lose their newly made crystal during the Mourning's End Part II quest, Eluned is called on by Arianwyn to replace it.

Eluned, as mentioned above, teleports between two locations. A quick way to find her is to go to one of the locations, and then either wait 5 minutes for her to teleport to that location, or world hop until you find her. After completion of the Song of the Elves quest, she is located north of the Lletya seamstress in south-western Prifddinas, as there is no point for her to stay at her previous hiding spots. In her place is now an Elven Scout that can also recharge your teleport crystals for the same prices.

During the Song of the Elves quest, Eluned is involved in the battles in Lletya and in her place there is an elven scout, who can also recharge your crystals in the meantime. During a part of the quest Eluned is in Lletya, right next to the archery shop. She will still recharge your crystals here. You will have to either progress or complete the quest to make her available again, though you can reach her by failing a jump in the underground pass if you have reached Seren (if your agility level is too high to fail the jumps, you can lower it using one or more doses of Braindeath 'rum', Whirlpool surprise, or Imperial rosé). She can charge teleport seeds while at her location inside Lletya, near Elena and the herb patch.

Eluned is the solution to the hard cipher clue: OVEXON. The answer to her challenge is 53,000 (or "53k"). Players need only start the Regicide quest to interact with her (although finishing the quest to unlock the charter ship is strongly recommended).

Eluned will offer players the next scroll or casket during Song of the Elves at her Underground Pass location, provided the quest has advanced past the battle scene.

• Eluned's former examine text read: Wow - the prettiest elf I have ever seen. This was changed to her current examine text after her chathead and model were updated following the release of Song of the Elves.
• Eluned is a Welsh feminine name meaning beauty, which matches the former examine text.
• Eluned was one of the party guests invited by Duke Horacio to the party during the 2021 Birthday event.
