The Silk merchant is a merchant in East Ardougne and Great Kourend that buys silk. Silk cannot be sold to him by players who recently stole from his stall. The silk merchant will remember thieves for 10 minutes since last stealing from the silk stall. Logging out will not reset the duration, and the player will have to wait 10 minutes after logging back in.
The price that each silk is worth can be bargained through the merchant's dialogue. The best price is 60 coins, which is accessed by first offering 120 and then countering the merchant's offer of 50 coins. Selling the silk for 60 coins is an easy Ardounge Diary task. Other possible sell values are 20, 40, or 50 coins each. After the price is decided, the merchant will buy all silks in the inventory at the same time.
The silk merchant will not buy noted silk.
