Ratcatchers Mansion is an unofficial name given to a hidden manor near Ardougne, visited as part of the Ratcatchers quest. It is supposedly in a densely wooded area near the city, but players cannot see it normally. To get to the manor, the player must follow directions given to them by Jimmy Dazzler.
During the quest, the player must make their way into the house, while evading guards and guests, to catch several rats for Jimmy Dazzler, as the owner of the house (a merchant of some repute)[1] wants the rats to be removed while a party is going on, without anyone noticing.
The mansion cannot be visited again once this portion of the quest is complete.

Trivia
- It is possible that the mansion is owned by Ali Morrisane. If The Feud has been completed, he will give the player a "knowing wink" and look the other way if he spots them in the mansion during the quest, suggesting that he is the one who hired a ratcatcher and is aware of what the player is doing.
- Additionally, rolled-up magic carpets can be found in storage on the 1st floor of the mansion, which are otherwise only found as part of Ali Morrisane's flying carpet fleet in the Kharidian Desert.
- The inaccessibility of the mansion outside of the quest is an example of Scale theory, which describes the incongruity between the size of the game world and the actual canonical size of Gielinor in-universe.
- If the player attempts to chop down any of the trees on the mansion grounds, they will get a text box message
