Ali the Snake Charmer is a man who charms snakes outside the south wall of The Asp & Snake Bar in Pollnivneach. If a player puts a coin into the Money Pot next to him, he will graciously give the player a Snake charm. He appears to be playing an oboe to a snake. The snake charm is used in The Feud and Ratcatchers quests.

After completion of The Feud quest, most citizens of Pollnivneach will have their name changed to their true name; in his case, he becomes known as Badir the Snake Charmer.
