The oak blackjack is a melee weapon that has no level requirement to wield and is mainly used to knockout certain NPCs. An oak blackjack can be obtained from Ali the Operator during The Feud quest. When fighting with a blackjack, there is a slight chance to stun the opponent.

There are three NPCs that can be knocked out: Villagers, bandits and Menaphite Thugs, all located in Pollnivneach. While there is no level requirement to knock out a villager, the Bandits require level 45 Thieving (or 55 for scimitar wielding ones), and the Menaphite Thugs level 65 Thieving.
