GPDT employees are, as suggested by their names, employees of the Gielinor Parcel Delivery Team, the only known postal service on Gielinor. They are involved with the Tribal Totem quest.

GPDT employees can be found south of the southern bank in East Ardougne.

The examine text hints towards their ineffectual methods at carrying out their supposed duties, such as being extremely slow to deliver an item. Only after being spoken to, as done in Tribal Totem, will they then do their job instantly, giving further evidence of their inefficient behaviour.
