The Rantuki Tribe is one of many elusive and nomadic tribes native to the tropical island of Karamja, found in the central Ardent Ocean. The Rantuki are mostly jungle-dwellers, living primarily in the isolated jungles of the island's southern regions, remaining out of sight.

The Rantuki have managed to remain hidden for decades without problems, and a member of the tribe, Kangai Mau, only recently revealed the tribe's existence as he needed help to reclaim a totem stolen by the East Ardougne noble Lord Kurt Francis Handelmort. This event plays a central role, as does Kangai Mau, in the Tribal Totem quest.
