Caranthir is one of the many citizens of Prifddinas. He can be found on the 1st floor by the Cadarn Clan's Teleportation Platform.
The player can only access Caranthir to pickpocket after completing Song of the Elves and require level 85 Thieving. A successful pickpocket yields 353.3 Thieving experience.

Trivia
- Caranthir's name is likely a reference to the Lord of the Rings series, in which Caranthir the Dark was one of the sons of Feanor. A Noldorin Elf, he swore an oath (along with his father and six brothers) that they would reclaim the lost Silmarils from Morgoth.
