Pennant watches over the crystal tree patch located in Prifddinas' Crwys Clan district.
Pennant offers to exchange either a crystal weapon seed, a crystal armour seed or a crystal tool seed for one crystal acorn, which can be planted in the nearby crystal tree patch. He will accept noted seeds, but only through his dialogue option; using noted seeds on him will do nothing.
