Stairs are obstacles found inside of the Hallowed Sepulchre in the middle and at the end of floors. They cannot be failed.

The stairs in the middle of each floor will reward 25 Agility experience when climbed down.

The stairs at the end of each floor reward experience for completing the floor. The experience and level requirement increase progressively on each floor of the sepulchre. Once the timer runs out, the stairs will be sealed and the player cannot progress to the next level. Next to each staircase there is a Magical Obelisk that can be used to exit the minigame, which awards the same amount of XP for completing the floor but does not progress to the next floor. If the timer runs out before crossing the gap to get in front of the stairs, a large stone slab door will close over the staircase, blocking access to the next floor.

Whilst there is technically a set of stairs at the end of floor 5, it is inaccessible due to being fenced off and is not usable for the purposes of continuing the minigame. Upon completing floor 5, players must exit using a Magical Obelisk, awarding 5,850 Agility experience.
