Twiggy O'Korn is the master of Achievement Diaries located south of Draynor Village bank. If a player has completed all of the Achievement Diaries, they can purchase an Achievement diary cape and its corresponding hood from her for 99,000 coins.
Twiggy appears to be wearing fancy boots, Karamja gloves 1 (in their original design prior to a graphical update), and bunny ears.

- Her overall appearance is similar to Cecilia.
- She will sometimes give the player a chocolate bar.
