The Head Chef is the head of the Cooks' Guild between Varrock and Barbarian Village. He will allow entrance to those with a Cooking level of 32 and wearing a chef's hat.
As the master of Cooking, he sells the Cooking cape for 99,000 coins, along with a matching hood to players who have achieved 99 Cooking.
Treasure Trails
- The Head Chef is the solution to the hard cryptic clue: In the city where merchants are said to have lived, talk to a man with a splendid cape, but a hat dropped by goblins. Equip a chef's hat, Varrock armour 3 or 4, or a Cooking cape to be allowed entry.
