Sarah is only 7 tiles away from a bank, and the port is accessible from level 30 Sailing. She can be easily reached via the Fishing trawler minigame teleport, making her the most convenient shipwright for many players to use at earlier levels.

Select the "Customise-boat" talk option to be transported to the Shipyard to upgrade your boat. Your boat must be docked at Port Khazard to do this.
