Scorpia is a large female scorpion boss that resides in a cave beneath the Scorpion Pit located in Wilderness level 53-55.

Scorpia is notable for dropping one of the three shards that form the malediction ward and odium ward, with the Crazy archaeologist and Chaos Fanatic dropping the other pieces. Killing all three at least once is a hard Wilderness Diary task.

The Scorpion Pit and the surrounding area is a multi-combat area in level 50+ Wilderness, so player killers may attack you at any time while fighting the boss.

The pit is filled with many Scorpia's offspring, which use weak but accurate ranged attacks. Scorpia herself uses melee attacks which, whether successful or not, drain the player's prayer points by 2 if they have the Protect from Melee prayer active. Both Scorpia and her offspring are capable of inflicting poison, starting at 20 and 6 damage, respectively.

Once Scorpia falls below 50% health, the next attack against her, whether successful or not, will cause her to summon two Scorpia's guardians. These guardians will rapidly heal her when within 3 tiles of her.

Scorpia is weak to Magic attacks due to her low Magic offensive stats. An effective strategy is to fight her at range by stunning her, either killing the guardians once they spawn, or stunning them while luring Scorpia out of their healing range.
