The Voidwaker hilt is one of three pieces of the Voidwaker dropped by Callisto and Artio. The hilt, alongside the Voidwaker blade and Voidwaker gem, must be brought to Madam Sikaro in the Ferox Enclave Dungeon, who combines the three parts for a fee of 500,000 coins.
When inspected, a message in the chatbox states "A sturdy hilt. It's part of what looks to be a powerful weapon. Perhaps someone in Ferox Enclave would know what it is?"
