Madam Sikaro is a Guthixian mage found in the Ferox Enclave Dungeon. She can reassemble the Voidwaker for players, providing they give her the Voidwaker blade, hilt, and gem, as well as 500,000 coins.

She wears a full set of swampbark armour, an imbued guthix cape, and wields a staff of balance.

• Madam Sikaro has multiple references to the events of RuneScape 3's Void Knight quest series:
  • "Sikaro" is an anagram of "Korasi", a Void Knight commander who wields Korasi's sword, which the Voidwaker is strongly based off of in terms of design and special attack.
    • They are also both Guthixians, as the Void Knights are followers of Guthix.
  • Her examine text ("She stares back at you.") is a reference to the quest The Void Stares Back, which rewards Korasi's sword.
  • When using the Voidwaker on Madam Sikaro, she mentions various folktales that references swords similar to it, including one that "tell[s] of lovers, one bound by oath, the other free as the wind, cruely torn apart by fate." This is a reference to Korasi's relationship with Jessika, a researcher from the Wizards' Tower, and how one of them is killed during the events of The Void Stares Back.
