Phabelle Bile is a scientist and mage in The Old Nite pub of Ferox Enclave in the Wilderness. She has travelled there to learn more about Venenatis and get a sample of her venom. According to her, Venenatis is the last of an almost-extinct group of giant spiders, which were driven to near extinction by savage dwarves.

Players who do not have level 85 Crafting to create the accursed sceptre may speak to Phabelle to do it for them, for a fee of 500,000 coins.

She wields a slayer's staff (e) and wears hardleather gloves, frog-leather boots, Shayzien greaves (1), a white Dagon'hai hat, 3rd age robe top, and explorer backpack.

• Her name is a reference to the character Fabius Bile from Warhammer 40,000.
• Phabelle still refers to Venenatis as roaming around the Wilderness, despite the fact that she was changed in a 2023 update to exclusively reside in her lair.
