Raging Echoes League/Guide/Slayer

In Raging Echoes League, all Slayer masters assign tasks from the same list, however, players are only assigned monsters in the player's unlocked areas. Each slayer master awards the same number of base points at a rate of 15 per task. In addition, after unlocking a tier 3 relic, the following passive boosts are given:

• The "Bigger and Badder" Slayer unlock is given for free.
• Superior monsters have a 1/50 chance to spawn, increased from 1/200 in the main game.
  • This bonus will stack with the elite tiers of Combat Achievements, turning the rate into roughly ~1/37.5. Note that not all regions will allow for this tier depending on the selection picked.
• Slayer points from tasks are multiplied by 5x, and no minimum task streak is needed to earn points.

Slayer can be further modified by the following relic:

Slayer Master makes the player considered always on task for any monster. Players benefit from the combat boost of the slayer helmet (with Morytania✓) and will always receive Slayer experience if a monster is able to be assigned as a task. Every monster killed has a chance of dropping brimstone keys (with Kourend✓) and Larran's keys (with Wilderness✓). This also means superior Slayer monsters are able to spawn even when not on task from a Slayer Master. This allows players to kill Slayer bosses without needing an assignment and improves specific slayer task-boosted drop rates, such as the Wilderness weapons from Revenants, Aranea boots from Araxytes, and the Basilisk jaw from Basilisk Knights. Slayer experience is gained in most combat scenarios (barring raids, and non-assignable monsters); the only time they would actively need an assignment is when seeking a TzTok-Jad or TzKal-Zuk task (killing either off-task results in much less experience).

Furthermore, all unlocks in the Slayer Rewards shop (including rune pouches, herb sacks, and looting bags) become free. Skipping and blocking tasks also become free. Additionally, the player will gain a batch of bonus Slayer experience when killing the 100th of each unique Slayer monster.

Multiple task unlock options in the rewards shop are not able to be unlocked in Leagues V, including for example Watch the Birdie (Aviansies) and Hot Stuff (TzHarr, Jad, Zuk).
