Overview
Training Prayer will be very similar to the main game with constraints based on available prayer training altars and access to high experience bones in large quantities.

Golden God | The Golden God relic allows the player to sacrifice 20,000 to an altar for Prayer experience equivalent to dragon bones. This respects altar experience multipliers. This method is extremely AFK and players will generally only need to check in after every level up made, or only for the logout timer if "Disable level-up interface" is enabled in settings. The chaos altars at the Asgarnia Chaos Temple, the Black Knights' Fortress, the Ourania Cave entrance, and the Underground Pass will provide the same bone-saving effect when offering coins as the one in level 38 Wilderness, meaning  Asgarnia✓,  Kandarin✓, or  Tirannwn✓ can be used as substitutes.

Consumes logs up to magic. Cremating fiyr remains provides a base 150 Prayer experience and 607 Firemaking experience with the Morytania Elite Diary completed. |

Blessed bone shards | Varlamore✓ |
Blessed bone shards can be obtained through various activities around Varlamore, and sacrificed at the Libation bowl for Prayer experience. This provides some of the fastest experience rates though a small start-up is required. |
Common bone sources

- Dragon bones can be farmed from the following dragons:
- Green dragons can be found in the
- Blue dragons are found in the Taverley Dungeon in
- Red dragon can be found in the Brimhaven Dungeon in
Karamja✓, Forthos Dungeon in
- Black dragons are found in the Taverley Dungeon in
- Bronze, iron, and steel dragons are found in the Brimhaven Dungeon in
- Mithril dragons and Green brutal dragons are found in the upper level of the Ancient Cavern in
- Adamant and rune dragons can be found in Lithkren Vault in
- Dragon bones are also a common drop from Vorkath
- Green dragons can be found in the
- Lava dragon bones are dropped by Lava dragons in the
- Dagannoth bones and superior dragon bones can be farmed in
- Wyrm bones, drake bones, and hydra bones can be farmed from the respective draconic creatures in

Can be purchased for 250 zeal from Soul Wars with 40 Prayer. Provides additional prayer experience when defeating spectral enemies, equal to 20% of the monster's max health, rounded down (before multipliers). |
Temporary boosts
Prayer points can be boosted above a player's Prayer level by using an ancient mace's special attack, an eldritch nightmare staff's special attack, consuming a spicy stew (yellow spice), or by praying at the Edgeville monastery altar, Nature Grotto altar, or the God Wars Dungeon altars while wearing affiliated God items. None of these boosts allow access to additional content, e.g. a player cannot boost to activate Piety.
