Guardian horn is an item in the Grid Master community event, which allows players to summon a guardian thrall that attacks the target the player is attacking. It is obtained from the Guardian unlock, which is unlocked by beating The Inferno in 30 minutes or less.

The horn is used to summon or dismiss the guardian thrall, toggle their area-of-effect attack in multicombat areas, and toggle whether or not the guardian thrall should be automatically summoned during combat. The outfit of the thrall can also be changed randomly with the change outfit option. When doing so, there is a very rare chance that the player will summon an Echo version of Cuthbert to fight alongside them, which is a cosmetic override. If the Echo Cuthbert outfit is swapped to, the player will say Rise, Echo of Cuthbert... when changing the outfit.

If lost or destroyed, the Guardian horn can be reclaimed from The Sage.

Despite this item being a members' object, the guardian thrall can be automatically summoned in Free-2-Play, while the item options cannot be used.

  • The item was given to players who unlocked the Guardian relic.
  • Players with the Varlamore region unlocked had a small chance for their guardian thrall to look like an "Echo version" of Cuthbert.
• Trailblazer Reloaded League
  • The item was given to players who unlocked the Guardian relic.
  • Players with the Kharidian Desert region unlocked had a small chance for their guardian thrall to look like the Mysterious Figure.
