The Sage could be found imprisoned in Yama's Lair, the starting area of the Demonic Pacts League. Unlike previous Leagues, they do not serve as the game mode's tutor, nor do they hand out items; the Leagues Tutor serves this purpose instead.
The Sage's Halo can be found lying on the ground next to Yama's throne.
