The minion whistle is an item obtained during the Demonic Pacts League, given to players who picked the tier 8 Minion relic.
The whistle allows players to summon a powerful minion which lasts for 30 minutes. The minion will cast an AoE attack if the player's target is weakest to range or magic and is in a multi-combat area.
The base minion's stats are:
- Min hit: 3
- Max hit: 10
- Attack speed: 1.8
- Accuracy: 45,000
Up to 5 equippable Zamorak-aligned items can be used on the whistle to consume them, increasing the minion's max hit by 2 per unique item, up to a total of 20.
The minion whistle can be retrieved from the Leagues Tutor in Yama's Lair if lost.
