The transmutation ledger is an item obtained during the Demonic Pacts League, given to players who picked the Transmute relic.

The ledger, whether in the inventory or equipped, counts as an infinite source of nature runes. Additionally, players can use items compatible with transmutation spells on the ledger to show a list of what they can turn into.

The ledger is unnecessary to cast the transmutation spells, and the spells can be cast even if greyed-out in the spellbook.
