The Fang of the Hound is a one-handed echo weapon that can be obtained from Echo Cerberus during the Demonic Pacts League.

Every hit with the Fang of the Hound has a 5% chance to cast Flames of Cerberus at the target, which is a fire spell with a base max hit of 10, and can be increased with elemental weakness and magic strength. When the effect is triggered, the magic damage is dealt without needing to pass a second accuracy check. The effect also benefits from pacts.

The Fang of the hound has a special attack, Ferocity, which consumes 50% of the player's special attack energy. Similar to the Granite maul's special attack, Ferocity performs an instant-hit with a guaranteed chance to cast Flames of Cerberus if the attack hits. Only one special attack can be performed per tick.

With the faster attacks pact, the special attack's animation can sometimes cause the animation of a subsequent standard attack to not be shown.
