The infernal tecpatl is a two-handed echo weapon that can be obtained from Echo Amoxliatl during the Demonic Pacts League.

The weapon is essentially a mix of the lesser nagua weapons, sharing the same accuracy bonuses as the earthbound tecpatl, sulphur blades, and glacial temotli, and is able to use all three attack styles (stab, slash, and crush). The only differences between it and the three lesser nagua weapons is that it has a slightly better strength bonus (+70 vs +64), a demonbane effect, and a negative prayer bonus.

Each attack lands two independently rolled hits; the maximum damage of each hit is determined by calculating the combined max hit as normal and dividing it by two. If the combined max hit is odd, one max hit is rounded up while the other is rounded down (e.g., 45 → 22 + 23). Additionally, the infernal tecpatl has 10% demonbane, providing increased accuracy and damage against demons.

The infernal tecpatl has a special attack, Brand, which consumes 50% of the player's special attack energy. The special attack hits 4 times in quick succession with 25% increased max hit and accuracy. Damage is split depending on which hits pass accuracy.
