The radiant slayer helmet is a piece of equipment that is worn in the helmet slot. It is a cosmetic upgrade to the Slayer helmet, styled after radiant oathplate armour.

It can be created by using a purifying sigil and 2,500 aether runes on an oathplate slayer helmet; the sigil is not consumed. Creating an oathplate slayer helmet requires adding a demonic quill to a Slayer helmet after purchasing the ability Oath Breaker for 200 Slayer reward points from any Slayer master. This is reversible, and the quill will be returned to the inventory along with the slayer helmet's components. However, the aether runes will not be returned.
