The twisted Slayer helmet is a piece of equipment that is worn in the helmet slot. It is a cosmetic upgrade to the Slayer helmet.
It can be created by adding twisted horns to a Slayer helmet after purchasing the ability Twisted Vision for 200 Slayer reward points from any Slayer master. This is reversible, and the horns will be returned to the inventory along with the slayer helmet's components. If a player loses the twisted slayer helmet in a PvP death, the twisted horns will be placed in their gravestone.
