The Twisted relic hunter (t3) armour set is an item obtained by exchanging a set of items with a Grand Exchange clerk via their right-click "Sets" option and clicking on the appropriate item set within the Item Sets interface.
It is commonly made in order to conveniently sell all four components of the Twisted Relic Hunter (T3) outfit at once.
Despite the fact that the Leagues Reward Shop includes a Twisted cane with the Tier 3 set purchase, the cane is not included in the armour set but traded separately.

Trivia
- This item shares the icon with Trailblazer relic hunter (t3) armour set.
- On the release of Trailblazer League, players who earned a specific ranking in Twisted League could claim individual (t3) armour set items from Leagues Tutor on Trailblazer League worlds as a cosmetic reward if the player didn't have any.
- For the first few hours of Trailblazer League, players could claim the set items from Leagues Tutor, sacrifice them nearby to Death's Coffer for increased coffer value and reclaim them for free again. This was hotfixed the same day by disallowing sacrificing cosmetic League armour set to Death's Coffer on all worlds, even after Trailblazer League ended.
