The oathplate slayer helmet is a piece of equipment that is worn in the helmet slot. It is a cosmetic upgrade to the Slayer helmet, styled after Oathplate armour.
It can be created by adding a demonic quill to a Slayer helmet after purchasing the ability Oath Breaker for 200 Slayer reward points from any Slayer master. This is reversible, and the quill will be returned to the inventory along with the slayer helmet's components.
