The Evil eye is an item obtained during the Demonic Pacts League, given to players who picked the Evil Eye relic. The Eye allows players to teleport to the entrance of any boss or raid in the combat achievements list.
The eye can be retrieved from the Leagues Tutor in Yama's Lair if lost.
