The demonic sceptre is a cosmetic reward that is obtained alongside purchasing the tier 3 Demonic Relic Hunter, which costs 20,000 League points from the Leagues Reward Shop. When equipped alongside the tier 3 Demonic Relic Hunter outfit, players can play a "Relic Emote" and an "Area Emote" by right clicking the sceptre in the equipment tab.
